Well, that was the idea lol :)
I dunno. The red armour is supposed to be layed, so that's probably it. lol
looks kind of like a nord from skyrim to me.
needs some thing on his left arm, maby a tatoo or armor?
There's a subject we need to broach, Kirito.
Your current art seems to consist of individual hand-drawn parts layered together onto a pre-made silhouette; a glorified dress-up doll. It has no depth, no character, no flair, and only the faintest impression of shading.
You're holding yourself back, dude. You have drive, you have potential; but you limit yourself to the barest of basics. You're never going to get better, or even have a chance at being one of the greats, if you don't push forward; ditch the bases and start learning to do it the right way. From scratch.
Your art is probably gonna look like crap at first, but that's how it always is. Especially when you've been using a crutch like templates for so long. If you're serious about your art, you need to take the training wheels off before it's too late.
With practice, over time, you will improve; and eventually you'll be able to do infinitely more than you can now.
End transmission.
I will support you!
though I only have to get on every few days, but still...
I appreciate the advise, Phantom, but the issue isn't so much that I rely on bases, it's more that I prefer this plateform when sharing my art digitally. I can draw by hand and am at least decent at it, but the quality that I get from the image if I try to photograph it and share it on the internet simply doesn't do the image justice in my opinion. Though recently, I have been trying to adjust my style is getting a hand drawn version in a good photo, then using my computer to recreate a difital version which looks cleaner and can more effectivly use color.
EDIT: I can provide an example of this if you wish.
Easier said than done unfortunately. But I will take your advise to heart and figure out a way to give my art more flare :)
EDIT: New Thread
You could draw by hand, take a picture, and then trace in a new layer with photoshop if you like? It allows the best of both worlds; you draw the picture by hand and get the clean lines of digital art.
