What are you're guys thoughts on the first episode of RWBY Volume 9: Beyond "Jr. Detectives?"

Mine is one of these three:

1. Cool as coco

2. The vacuum 2:24-end

3. Every Fat Nora moment.

What an ending to an amazing Volume! and It's sad that RWBY Volume 9 is over, but I'm happy that the Volume ended on such a great note! Makes me so happy for Volume 10. Here is the Moments of Rwby Season 9

And i wonder How long have they been gone from Remnant?? I can't wait for Volume 10.

• Ruby Rose is the MVP of Rwby Season 9 Episode 10

• all four of Ruby, Weiss, Blake and Yang battle the Cat and DEFEAT them.

• Blake and Yang Kiss for the First Time in 10 Years

• Summer lied to her family and went somewhere with Raven.

• Little is back and Alive

• Jaune is back to his younger Self

• Team Rwby and Juane learn how the brothers Grim were born

• Ruby Finally letting go of her burdens

• I'm glad they took this route with her. Maybe we'll see Neo again at some point.

• Ruby Rose , Weiss , Jaune Saw Yang and Blake Kissing

• The Curious Cat True Nature

 Neo can't go through the portal cos she doesn't believe she's got anyone to go back to Because.

• Roman is gone.

• Cinder betrayed her.

• She has no one. And now that she's "killed" Ruby, she's got nothing left. No revenge. No family. No home.

• And in the Ever After, she's Powerful with a capital P. Why would she go back to a world that's hurt her?

• Didn't Resist The Cat takes her Body

In Volume 9 Episode 8 alone, I count:

Failed persuasion checks (from team rwby and friends): 5

Tantrums: 7

Failed WIS saves (against being told to do something stupid): 5

Failed WIS saves (against being stunned (both from getting hit and from seeing "unbelievable" things)): 8

Failed WIS saves (against losing the will to live): 2

Failed CHA saves (against getting possessed by a demon cat): 2

Failed CON saves (against poison): 1

Failed DEX checks: 1

Decisions made by someone acting like they have < 4 INT: 4

Successful illusions (made by team rwby's enemies): 2

Successful persuasion+deception (both at once) checks (made by team rwby's enemies): 3

Attempts to excuse bad decisions/yelling at people: 5

Number of times people failed to even attempt to save someone: 8

If this happened in a TTRPG that I was running, I'd say it's at the "Ok, you all lose. Time to make new characters and start a new game" level of failure. The players would agree with me. Even where the story is right now, a basic 4-person 1st-level party would not be doing this terribly. Two or three mistakes in an hour of playing is common, five or six mistakes is still possibly explainable, but this many mistakes requires a d20 rigged to only roll numbers less than 5. Or characters that all have below-average ability scores in pretty much everything.

If someone can come up with valid excuses for each of these, I'd love to hear them. And disprove them. The episode should be renamed to "Bad Decisions and Failed WIS, CON, and CHA Saves".
